Christina Johnson

Christina Marie Johnson, of Imperial, was born to James and Beverly (Delpit) Kirkland on Nov. 12, 1970 in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from Middleton High School with the class of 1989.
Christina was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a very hard worker and had the biggest heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Christina passed away April 18, 2020 at Great Plains Health in North Platte. She was 49 years old.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Dorothy Delpit; and aunt Mary Ann Delpit
Survivors include daughters Brittany (Austyn) DuPeire, Alyssa Conder and Emily Conder; parents James Kirkland and Beverly Tankersley; sisters Melissa (Hunter) Ford, Shea (Ted) Sullivan; brother John P. (Julia) Tankersley IV; and grandchildren Avery and Lincoln DuPeire.
A memorial service was streamed live from the New Hope Church in Ogallala. Matt DuPeire officiated.
