Chase County golf team picks up two more wins

The Chase County Varsity Golfers picked up three more championships this week, giving the team a four tournament winning streak.
On Thursday, April 16, the team traveled to Medicine Valley for the Invitational. Chase County took the win. All five varsity golfers finished in the top 15.
Zak Anderson finished 2nd, Tate Teply 4th, Cole Pankonin 8th, Harrison Foote 9th and Braxton Chubb 14th.
Tuesday, April 21, the golf team traveled to Grant for the Perkins Co. Invite. Once again the team captured first place. Zak was the Champion, shooting a 68, to win by five strokes.
All four of the other golfers carded 81’s.

On Thursday, April 23, the golfers played in the Southwest Invite at Cross Creek Golf Links and took the championship.
Zak Anderson was third, shooting 78, Cole Pankonin seventh with 80, Harrison Foote 10th, shooting 84, Braxton Chubb 11th shooting 85 and Tate Teply 15th shooting 90.
