CCS FFA Chapter attends State Convention

    The Chase County FFA Chapter attended the Nebraska State Convention in Lincoln last week. Many groups and individuals received honors at the convention. This is a partial list.
    The Imperial Parliamentary Procedure Team took State Runner-Up Honors. Team members included Dominic Harris, Navy Havel, Beau Weiss, Aiden Tomky, Damon Spady and Alayna Smith.
    In the Sales Ag Team competition, the team of Tessa Smith, Anna Aragon, Jayme Gittlein and Tate Teply placed third. Smith was the third high Ag Sales individual.
    Seven students received the State FFA Degree. This is the highest degree you can earn on the State level. Those students include: Beau Weiss, Navy Havel, Jayme Gittlein, Tessa Smith, Odessa Zadina, Carter Kuenning and Harrison Foote.
    Arlys Cupp received her Honorary State FFA Degree, which is given for exemplary service to the FFA.
