The Imperial EMS will be holding a 50/50 raffle fundraiser to support Kyson Vogt on Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Chase County Schools home wrestling invitational.
Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. The winner will be announced before the final round begins and must be present to win.
The fundraiser, hosted by Imperial EMS Service, has been organized to support Kyson and his family with medical, travel, and rehabilitation expenses.
On Dec. 6, Kyson Vogt, a junior at Chase County High School, was seriously injured in a rollover accident. He sustained a traumatic brain injury, multiple fractures and injuries to vital organs.
After spending weeks in the hospital, Kyson is now continuing his recovery at an out-of-state rehabilitation center, where he is working hard to regain his strength and independence.
While his journey will be long, his resilience, determination and young age give him hope for a strong recovery.
Tickets will be available in the commons area at Chase County Schools Saturday, starting at 9:00 a.m. and continue throughout the day.
