Charlotte Holl Large, 89

Charlotte Holl Large, 89, of Lincoln, passed away on November 22, 2025. She was born January 21,1936, in Hastings, NE, to Arthur and Esther Holl and married Richard Large in 1954. She worked for 39 years as a paraprofessional at Calvert Elementary, and was a longtime member of both Christ and Good Shepherd Lutheran Churches.
Survived by children Jon; Jan McKeown (Mitch); and Mike (Bernadette); daughter-in-law Frannie Hemingway-Large, grandchildren Natalia Hemingway (Bob), Colin (Kara), Carolyn, and Max (Emily); sister-in-law Peggy Christner; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Marvin and Donald, husband Richard, and son Jim.
Viewing Friday (12/5/2025) 4-8 p.m. (family present 5-7 p.m.) at Butherus Maser and Love Funeral Home, 4040 A Street, Lincoln. Funeral Service 11:30 a.m. Saturday (12/6/2025), Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3825 Wildbriar Ln, Lincoln, NE. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, or the American Lung Association.
