The Broncos knew they would have there work cut out for them when they traveled to meet the undefeated Red Cloud Warriors in the first round of the D6 football playoffs. The Broncos took the 15 seed, while the Warriors were seeded second.
Red Cloud scored early and often, taking the Broncos out of the game early. At the end of the first quarter, the Warriors led 6-26 and they never looked back.
In the second quarter, it was all Warriors, scoring 20 un-answered points to lead at halftime 6-46.
In the second half, the Warriors added two more scores, while the Broncos scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter, ending the Broncos season with a 12-58 loss.
