CCS presents The Sound of Music

Chase County students presented their talent last weekend during the show, The Sound of Music (Youth Edition). The musical was performed in the auditorium on Saturday and Sunday, May 3rd and 4th.
 There were two shows on Saturday and one on Sunday.
The production crew consisted of Director David Rushing, Assistant Jodie Leiss, and projectionists James Adle and Anna Aragon.
Almost all of the costumes were supplied by North Platte Community Theatre and The Imperial Players.
The cast of characters, in order of appearance, is: Mother Abbess; Olivia Spady, Sister Berthe; Aria McNair, Sister Margaretta; Anna Aragon, Sister Sophia; Navy Havel, Nuns of Nonnberg Abbey: Alexa Alarcon, Liz Mireles, Yesi Ruiz, Delanie Vogt, and Norah Weiss. Maria; Joslyn Kimble, Georg von Trapp; Beau Weiss, Frau Schmidt; Kadence Wallin, Franz; Cruz Kimble, Children: Tessa Smith, Kyson Vogt,, Cadence Lambert, Jaxsen Villarreal, Gigi Schaufenbuel, Alayna Smith, and Maria Adle. Rolf; James Adle, Max; Navy Smith, Goat; Kadence Wallin, Girl in the pink coat; Quinn Spady, Herr Zeller; Kaden McArthur, Admiral von Schriber; Westen Manley, Fraulein Schweiger; Bennett Smith.
Overall, the Chase County 2025 musical was a success.
