Longhorn boys and girls win home track invite

Thursday, April 17, the Longhorn tracksters traveled to Sutherland and kept their winning streak alive, taking both the boys and girls championships.
    The boys had first place finishes by Tristan Jablonski (800), Scott Hoover (300m HH), 4x400 relay, Noah Rau (Discus), Tate Hubbard (Pole Vault), and Camron Lempke (Long Jump).
    For the girls it was R. Rusher (100,400), H Rusher (200,Pole Vault), E. Randall (800), 4x100, 4x400, 4x800, Landree McNair (High Jump).

Chase County Invite
It was a perfect day for the Chase County track meet Tuesday, Aprill 22. With the perfect weather, there were meet and state records dropping like flies. That information will be in next weeks issue of the Imperial Republican due to press deadline.
