Lady Longhorns compete in two games

On February 7th, the Lady Longhorns competed in their last home game of the season against the Irish. It was not only their last home game but senior night as well. The game against North Platte St. Pats ended with a score of 55 - 32. With a 23-point lead, Chase County claimed the victory.
After a major win, the Lady Longhorns then traveled to Gothenburg. The game took place on February 8th against the Bulldogs. The game ended in a sad loss for Chase County with a score of 51 - 55. After the completion of the two games,  the Lady Longhorns updated record is now 15 to 9.
Up next for the Lady Longhorns is a Junior Varsity and Varsity game against Hitchcock County. The game is set to begin at 3:00 pm in Trenton. After the completion of the game, Chase County will then compete in the District Tournament. The dates of those competitions are the 17th, 18th, and 20th of February with District Finals on February 28th.
