Gov. Pillen making Thursday stop in Ogallala for town hall
Nebraskans are invited to hear from Governor Jim Pillen during a two-day fly around to central and western communities.
One of his stops will be in Ogallala Thursday afternoon for a town hall meeting.
The 1:30 p.m. town hall will be held at the Driftwood Restaurant, 118 No. Spruce Street in Ogallala.
Six stops were included on the two-day trip Wednesday and Thursday this week. Five of those visits involved town hall events, during which the Governor is to talk about highlights from the 2023 legislative session and take questions from attendees.
Gov. Pillen was also scheduled to make remarks at Wednesday’s groundbreaking for a new fertilizer plant in Gothenburg.
Pillen’s town hall in Ogallala is open to the public.
