Harmaleigh Dubas promoted to Waypoint Bank Branch Manager

    Waypoint Bank has announced the promotion of Harmaleigh Dubas to Branch Manager in Imperial.
    Dubas has been at the Imperial branch for eight years and previously served as Customer Service Representative, Bank Teller, Personal Banker, Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President before the recent promotion.
    She will be responsible for overseeing and managing Waypoint Bank in Imperial as well as ag, commercial and consumer lending.
    “I’m hopeful of what the future brings with my new role,” Dubas said.  
    “I’m also honored to continue to serve while maintaining the confidence our current customers have with Waypoint Bank and earning the trust of future ones.  
    “I love that banking has many facets and challenges,” she said.
    As a lifelong Imperial resident, Dubas said she embraces how Imperial and its surrounding communities hold an appreciation for diversity,  blending traditional ideas with new opportunities.
    Dubas graduated from Spencer School of Business in Grand Island. Her first job in high school was at local Imperial restaurant, Sweden Crème.
    She and her husband Kendall have three children, a daughter-in-law and two grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading  and playing cards.
    Dubas replaces Chris Lee as Branch Manager. Lee said he has accepted a position with ALLO Communications in Imperial and starts there next week.
