Carol J. Robb

Carol J. Robb, 81, of Springfield, died on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022, at Bridge Care Suites.
She was born on Oct. 18, 1940, in Grainton, Nebraska, the daughter of Everett and Mildred (Hannigan) Martin. Carol married James “Jim” Robb on May 14, 1955, in Denver, Colorado. He preceded her in death in 2009.
Carol owned Robb Sales & Service, from 1972 to 2010. She was involved in various card-playing groups. Aside from her love of playing cards, Carol enjoyed cooking and spending time with family.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Pat Robb; son, Timothy Robb; and daughter, Shelly Monahan.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Teresa Miller of Dunnellon, Florida; grandchildren, Brooke (Tito) Rivera of Dunnellon, Florida, Samantha (David) Howell of Spokane, Washington, Emily (Drew) Tavernor of Springfield, Illinois,  Jessica Robb of Spokane, Washington; siblings, Sharon McCulloch, Gary, Jim, Larry and Dan Martin, Kathy Watkins, and Sandy Foster; one great-grandchild; and one expecting great-grandchild.
Cremation was provided by Lincoln Land Cremation Society.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Imperial.
