Youth golf camp held at ELGC

Enders Lake Golf Course hosted 35 young golfers for a golf camp last week.
Benjamin Weathers with MAXD Performance Golf Academy in Yuma, Colorado led the camp July 5, 6, 8 and 9.
Kari Amen said she and her husband Trevor would like to see the golf program grow and offer opportunities for kids to learn the game at a young age.
    “We were very happy with the turnout and the interest from the kids. We will continue to look for opportunities for the kids and parents to participate in,” Amen said.
A skills challenge was held at the end of the week.
