Rex Hunt

Rex Hunt, age 67, of North Platte, Nebraska died at Centennial Park Retirement Village on March 28, 2021.
Rex was born at Benkelman to Lee and Donna (McBride) Hunt on May 23, 1953. He grew up in Wauneta, where he graduated from high school, then moved to Colorado Springs and worked at the Broadmoor Hotel as a printer. In 2010 Rex moved to North Platte and went to work at Walmart. In his free time he enjoyed driving through the Rocky Mountains.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jack.
Rex is survived by his sisters, Kathy (Allen) Kuenning, of North Platte and Beverly (Barry) Mintling, of Richmond, Virginia; seven nieces and nephews; and other family.
Cremation was chosen and burial will be in the Wauneta Cemetery at a later date. Condolences may be shared with odeanchapel.com. Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of arrangements.
