CPA firm earns Chamber honor for October
October’s Business of the Month for the Imperial Chamber of Commerce is Skiles Loop Bremer & White CPAs, PC (SLBW), a financial services company based in McCook, with offices in Imperial, Grant, North Platte, Benkelman and Oberlin, Kansas.
SLBW provides services including tax preparation, financial consulting and estate planning services, as well as others.
They have been in business for nearly 40 years, but have had many name changes over the years.
Current shareholders include Doug Skiles (McCook), Jason Loop (McCook), Jessica Bremer (Oberlin) and Ashley White (North Platte).
Sue Moore, a paraprofessional, is the main face in the Imperial office.
During tax season, Moore is joined by White and Loop—where one of them is in Imperial at least once a week—and occasionally Skiles.
Loop has been with the firm since 1998 and says “taxes are about 80% of what we do.”
The Imperial office is located at 824 Douglas Street.
