Cross country districts next Thursday

    Chase County’s cross country teams will be seeking a state meet berth when they travel to Bridgeport next Thursday for the D6 district meet.
    The field includes runners from 22 different schools.
    The top three girls and boys teams and top 15 individuals qualify for the state meet in Kearney Friday, Oct. 19.
    The meet begins at 3 p.m. MT and will be held at the Court-hourse and Jail Rock Golf Course located 5 miles south of Bridgeport  on Highway 88.
     Schools competing include Bridgeport, Bayard, Kimball, Chase County, Dundy County Stratton, Hershey, Minatare, Hemingford, Creek Valley, Perkins County, Paxton, Sutherland, Maywood-Hayes Center, Morrill, South Platte, Wallace, Crawford, Mullen, Garden County, Cody-Kilgore, Hay Springs and Banner County.
