Debbie Dahlkoetter and Justin Richardson

    Earl and Deb Dahlkoetter announce the engagement of their daughter, Debbie, to Justin Richardson, son of Kim and Deb Richardson.
    The bride-to-be is a 2011 Perkins County High School graduate and graduated from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming, in 2014 as a physical therapist assistant (PTA).
    Debbie is currently employed at Chase County Community Hospital as a PTA.
    The groom-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Perkins County High School.
    Justin is currently employed at Regier Rock and as a Farm Technician for the University of Nebraska Wheat Research Center (Stumpf Wheat Center) in Grant.
    Debbie and Justin are planning their wedding on Sept. 29 at the family farm, and the couple resides in Grant.
