Imperial Manor, Parkview Heights welcomes new administrator

There is a new face at the Imperial Manor and Parkview Heights. Eric Haider, the new administrator, is bringing his 30 years of experience and expertise in long term care, nursing homes, CCRC and assisted living to the table.
A Missouri University graduate with a degree in healthcare and administration, Haider has big plans for the facilities.
“I want to provide a good working environment for the staff. People who live in long term care have done a lot for us, now it’s our time to give them the best possible service,” said Haider.
Haider’s wife Margie Haider will also be joining the staff April 24 as the new Director of Nursing. She is currently finishing out her position in Missouri where she is also a Director of Nursing.
Haider has been on the job for more than a week, starting March 27, and has seen many positives in the establishment. He has sent out a letter to all resident and family members introducing himself and assuring that his door is always open.
“There is a nice small board of directors, and a good caring facility. This is a  4 star facility and my goal is to make it a 5 star facility,” said Haider.
Nursing homes are ranked by stars. Visit http://health.usnews.com/best-nursing-homes for  more information on rankings.
Haider has spoken at national and international conferences, trained long term providers and been featured in magazines, newspapers and TV. However, he has worked every job in a nursing home facility from dishwasher to CEO.
