An estimated 70 citizens from the area gathered at St. Patrick Parish Hall for an important presentation on human trafficking last week organized by Imperial Rotary.
Two streets in the city’s southeast area will be paved this summer following action at Monday’s Imperial city council meeting.
Emma Jenkins, community blood drive coordinator, said the blood drive scheduled on May 20 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. will be held at the Chase County Fairgrounds expo building.
