City of Imperial getting ready for 2020 Census

It’s almost time for another U.S. Census, and the City of Imperial is ready to go.
City Clerk/Administrator Jo Leyland said the city participates in all the prep work the census has available.
The Local Update of Census Addresses Operation (LUCA) was completed by Community Development Director Jason Tuller a few weeks ago, Leyland said.
“We have already done everything we can right now,” she added. “We continue to be involved as the process goes on so we can get as accurate a count as possible.”
