Twenty-two garage sales expected to draw crowds

    If previous years are any indication, Saturday’s City-Wide Garage Sales in Imperial will draw crowds.
    The final count shows 22 garage sales on tap throughout town starting at 7 a.m.
    The 22 locations are highlighted on a map printed in this week’s issue on page 9.
    Free maps with the marked locations will also be available Friday evening in the kiosk in front of The Imperial Republican office at 622 Broadway.
    For those looking for a particular bargain, the map includes a line that lists specific items being sold at each sale location.
    The Imperial Republican sponsors the annual City-Wide Garage Sales each June.
