Sale Barn Cafe offering another breakfast option for community

The Sale Barn Cafe is open again to the public for breakfast, Monday through Friday, from 6 to 11 a.m. plus extended hours on Tuesdays until 2 p.m. with the addition of a lunch menu.
The cafe is managed by Lucy Aragon and three staff members.
Aragon began cooking meals at the sale barn on Tuesdays for auction day prior to establishing regular hours five days a week beginning mid-February, she said.
They now offer a simple, home-cooked breakfast selection of both traditional and Mexican style food.
Fresh-baked cinnamon rolls are available each week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
She said cinnamon rolls by the dozen can be ordered two days in advance.
“The cinnamon rolls are Marcy Nesbitt’s recipe (former owner of M & M’s Natural JAZ). I want to give her credit for the delicious recipe,” said Aragon.
They offer food delivery in Imperial with five or more orders, she added.
The cafe is located at the Imperial Auction Market, owned by Preston and Marissa Smith, at 130 Adelaide St.
“I want to thank Preston and Marissa for giving me the opportunity to give the Sale Barn Cafe new life again,” Aragon said.
To call in orders, phone the cafe at 308-883-2405.
