NOTICE OF MEETING

CHASE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

AND BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

Tuesday, July 25, 2023

     The board will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 in the Commissioner room at the Chase County Courthouse, Imperial, NE for their regular meeting.  The meeting is open to the public.

     Open forum is 8:00-8:30 a.m.  Any issue needing board action must be on the agenda.  If no one from the public is present agenda items may be addressed.

The Board of Equalization will convene at 9:30 a.m.  Agenda includes a tax correction and report of destroyed real property.

     An agenda will be kept current and available to the public during normal business hours at the Chase County Clerk’s Office.  Agenda may be modified at such meeting to include items of an emergency nature pursuant to Section 84-1411 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
