Hayden Outdoors sets open house Friday with food, entertainment

Staff at Hayden Outdoors is inviting the community to attend their open house this Friday and take a tour of their new building.
    The Imperial office of Hayden Outdoors was opened three years ago, but moved into the building at 251 Highway 61 in November.
    The building is owned by Todd Siverson, and the office is run by three licensed real estate agents, including Siverson, who handle properties in four states.
    Clay Owens is licensed in Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska.
    Melisa Owens is an agent in Colorado and Nebraska with  Siverson covering Nebraska, South Dakota and Kansas.
“We have had a number of people show interest in seeing our new facility, so we look forward to showing people our offices and sharing  some good food with the community,” Melisa Owens said.
They will be serving grilled hamburgers with some sides and drinks, she added.
Live entertainment will be provided during the open house by Josh Kirk, a guitarist and singer from Lander, Wyoming.
There will also be drawings for door prizes for those attending.
The facility has five offices and a conference room. One of its offices is rented to another business, and one is adedicated office for use by other Hayden Outdoors out-of-town agents and the company owner when in town, according to Melisa Owens.
The office area includes 2,400 square feet.
“There is also a 3,000 square foot  shop area that will be used for larger events including the open house,” Siverson said.
    Hayden Outdoors, LLC is a real estate brokerage service that specializes in the sale of land, farms, ranches, recreational properties, rural luxury homes, waterfront properties, hunting land and more since 1976.
 The local office is part of the larger company that has 127 agents covering 21 states.
