4-H Challengers Club update

On the afternoon of Sunday, April 21, the 4-H Challengers Club sponsored a skate party at the roller rink in Grant. While some came with much experience, others came for the first time. It was a fun event for everyone. About 25 4-H friends and family members came to have a blast at the rink.
Stumbles were gracefully turned into purposeful twirls, while the wheely carts were a hit with the beginners. Music, blacklight, and spinning projectors kept everyone entertained and energized. It was a prime opportunity for old-fashioned fun and 4-H bonding.
This coming Sunday, April 28, Challengers Club members will gather at 1 p.m. at the Champion Community Center for a highway cleanup.
Feel like you’re missing out? You still have time to join 4-H and enjoy the many activities it has to offer. From art and music to archery and animals, 4-H has something for everyone. Chase County 4-H enrollment is now open. The deadline is June 15. Enroll at v2.4honline.com. Call the extension office at 308-882-4731 for more details.
