Ranch Rodeo, bronc riding light up Allo Arena during Chase County Fair

With 21 Ranch Rodeo teams and 18 Ranch Bronc riders, there never was a dull moment Aug. 9 at the Chase County Fair.
Bronc riders started off the night. Half the group rode early, then the rest went between rounds of the Ranch Rodeo.
Justin Quint claimed the Ranch Bronc Riding title with an 82-point ride.
Second and third places were close. Wauneta’s Tucker Boos placed second after a 76-point ride.
Taking home third place was Sedgwick County, Colorado’s McKaul Carnahan who had a 75-point ride.
T’s Bar and Grill of Wallace led throughout the evening and took first place. Team members are Taylor Hendricks, Darrin Sellers, CJ Pankonin and Levi Tyan.
White Performance Horses was the 21st team to enter the arena in the first round and left the night with a second place finish. Team members are Mike Widman, Logan Milligan, Cody Lane and Hardy White.
Hermes Ranch was sitting in fifth entering the second round and finished third. Team members are Brendy Hermes, Anton Hermes, Derek Hermes and Quint.
Round one was Doctor One, Pen One, Load One with a four-minute time limit.
After the second round of bronc riding, round two was double mugging and tied down with a three-minute time limit.
