Poppe, Jones take championship honors at Enders 2-Ladies Scramble

    Evonne Poppe and Julie Jones teamed up to win the 2-Ladies Scramble held at the Enders Lake Golf Course. The pair shot identical rounds of 36 for a tournament low of 72.
    Taking second in the championship flight was the team Pelster and Jones one stroke back after rounds of 37 and 36.
    The July 15 scramble drew a field of 11 teams.
