CC Wrestling Club wins youth home tournament

Chase County Wrestling Club held the 2024 home wrestling meet on Sunday Jan. 14. The home team won the meet followed by Ogallala in second and Plains Elite in third. Here are the team scores: 1. Chase County 182.5, Ogallala 161, Plains Elite 142, Wray 132, Perkins Co. 84.5, Yuma 72.5, Dundy Co.-Stratton 54, Holyoke 52, McCook 45, Wauneta-Palisade 45, Hitchcock Co. 37, Gothenburg 33, Team Garcia 16.5, Hershey 12.5, MWD 12, Sedgwick Co. 12, Tri-State Grapplers 9, Saint Francis 4, Sutherland 4.
