Wauneta-Palisade Schools announces February students of the month

Five kindergarten girls and Theo Brewer received Wauneta-Palisade’s student of the month honors.
Theo was nominated for Student of the Month by his teacher, Missy Duvel.
Mrs. Duvel said Theo always greets everyone by name when they enter the room or sees them in the hall.
“He’s always willing to give a hug and a bright smile. His school work is done with great accuracy. He loves to help everyone, even if it is just to talk or listen to them, or offer a smile,” Mrs. Duvel said.
Savannah Walker, Madison Bragg, Landry Pollmann, Avery Vapenik and Mae Strand, “The Kinderbug Girls,” were nominated by their teacher, Dawn Doetker.  
Mrs. Doetker said the girls work very hard in class.
“They are respectful to others, listen well in class, display integrity with awesome behavior skills and work will with others. I am so proud of you girls. Thank you for your hard work, leadership, and responsibilities as kindergarteners,” Mrs. Doetker said.
