Scholarships support CCS grads in higher education

    Scholarships and other assistance paying for college are becoming more and more necessary.
    And, thanks to a number of local businesses, organizations, families and foundations, the Chase County Schools Class of 2022 will be using scholarship money later this year as they pursue post-secondary education.
     A look at the list of scholarships earned by the graduating high school class finds 26 of the 46 class members were awarded scholarships this year.
    Below is the list of scholarships received by the class. The list was included in Saturday’s CCS graduation program and compiled by 7-12 Guidance Counselor Trent Herbert.
