    A total of 158 students qualified for the Mid-Plains Community College Dean’s List during the 2023 fall semester.
    To make the list, students had to complete 12 or more applicable credit hours of college-level courses and maintain an overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.5—3.89 on a 4.0 scale. The qualifiers included Imperial students Gisselle Acuna Vasquez, Kathya Aragon Bustillos, Alejandra Castillo, Alejandro Mendoza Ramirez, Jensen Olsen and Yalexa Saenz Najera.

    A total of 111 students qualified for the President’s List during the 2023 fall semester at Mid-Plains Community College.
    To make the list, each student had to complete 12 or more applicable credit hours in college-level courses and maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 3.9 or greater on a 4.0 scale. The qualifiers included Imperial students Julian Juarez Gamboa, Lili Marquez, Tristan Nordhausen and Grisleydi Ortega.

    The University of Nebraska at Kearney announced students who earned a place on the dean’s list for the fall 2023 semester.
    Students who are on the dean’s list must have completed 12 credit hours or more of classes with a 3.5 grade-point average or better on a 4.0 scale. Students earn a 4.0 for an “A,” 3.0 for a “B” and 2.0 for a “C.”
    Students who earned a place on the dean’s list include Champion—Kambree Meeske; Imperial—Joee Laine Clevenger, Cedric Thomas Maxwell, Nike Smith, Courtney Odens, Ella Schoenholz, Jordan Jablonski, Kheren Guillen; and Wauneta—Alexa Sandman, Ella O’Neil.

    More than 10,800 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the fall semester 2023 Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must earn a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
    Among those listed is Shaylee Ann Heathers, Veterinary Medicine, of Champion.
