    The University of Nebraska at Kearney announced students who earned a place on the dean’s list for the spring 2022 semester. Dean’s List students must have completed 12 credit hours or more of classes with a 3.5 grade-point average or better on a 4.0 scale. Dean’s List students from Chase County include Caine Haarberg, Courtney Odens, Halle Fiedler, Kheren Guillen and Nike Smith, all of Imperial; and Kambree Meeske of Champion.

    Trevor Peterson of Imperial was among the 101 students at York College named to the spring 2022 Dean’s List. To be listed, students must carry 12 or more graded hours and achieve a semester grade point average of at least 3.75.

    Nebraska’s Concordia University recently named Gabrielle Krutsinger of Imperial to the spring 2022 Honors List. More than 200 students were honored. Students who earn a 3.90 GPA or higher, while also completing at least 12 credit hours, qualify for the Honors List.

    Several students from the area were named to both the President’s List and Dean’s List at Mid-Plains Community College. The MPCC President’s List includes Tiffany Allen of Imperial, Sergio Alarcon of Lamar and Katelyn Thompson of Wauneta, and requires 12 completed credit hours while earning a GPA or 3.9 or greater. On the Dean’s list, which requires 12 credit hours with a GPA of 3.5 to 3.89, includes Nicole Barker and Desyrae Carroll, both of Palisade.
