Milestones

Burnetta “Bea” Silvester was born on Dec. 12, 1932, in rural Champion, Nebraska to Frank and Hattie (Bevans) Silvester. She was the eleventh child of 12 children, seven boys and five girls.

Elke I. Peterson, 60, of Grant passed away Oct. 11, 2021, at the Perkins County Hospital in Grant.

Dwight William Egle was born to Elmer and Ida Egle on Oct. 26, 1924, in Stratton, Nebraska. He attended school in Stratton and graduated from Stratton High School with the class of 1942.
