Death Notice: Joan Kitt

    Joan Kitt, 88, longtime resident of rural Wauneta, passed away Sunday evening, July 25, at the Imperial Manor Nursing Home in Imperial.
    Immediate survivors include two daughters: Candy (husband Tom) Henning of Lincoln, Denise (husband Kevin) Janicek of Wauneta; and a son, Keenan (wife Tina) Kitt of Wauneta.
    Funeral Services will be held Monday, Aug. 2 at 9:30 a.m. (MT) at the United Methodist Church of Wauneta with Pastor Elias Mukindia and Rev. Gary Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta.
    Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, Aug. 1 from 4–6 p.m. (MT) at Liewer Funeral Home of Wauneta.
    A memorial has been suggested to the Wauneta United Methodist Church.
