Death Notice: Eddie Nichols

Eddie Nichols, longtime Wauneta resident passed Sunday, May 28, 2023, at the Wauneta Care and Therapy Center of Wauneta, Nebraska. Eddie was 90 years of age.
Survivors include wife Donna of Wauneta; sons Kelly Nichols and wife, Tawnia, of Max, Terry Nichols and wife, Cindy, of Ogallala and Mike Nichols of Wauneta; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday afternoon, June 3, 2023, 2 p.m. (MT) at the United Methodist Church of Wauneta, with Rev. Janie Freeland and Rev. Gary Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta.
Visitation will be held Saturday at 10–11:30 a.m.(MT) at Liewer Funeral Home of Wauneta.
A memorial in Eddie’s Memory has been suggested to the Wauneta, Nebraska EMS.
