Brenton Dale Wright

Brenton Dale Wright was born Oct. 7, 2017, in Imperial, Nebraska, to Sabre (Yarbrough) and Douglas Wright.  
Brenton attended Little Sunshine Pre-school in Imperial. He enjoyed being outside or laying in his bed watching movies. Brenton especially loved riding around town in the car with his family.  
Brenton passed away Saturday evening, Jan. 21, 2023, at the Chase County Community Hospital. He was 5 years of age.
Brenton was preceded in death by his great-grandpa Douglas Lannigan; great-great grandma Mary Yarbrough; and great-great uncle Bill Moser.
Survivors include parents Douglas and Sabre Wright and little brothers Emerson and baby Wright of Imperial; grandparents Ray and Tina Wright of Imperial and Stephanie Yarbrough of Goodland, Kansas; aunt and uncle Bethany and Chad Cochran of Imperial; aunt Kyah Yarbrough of Goodland, Kansas; cousins Makenzie and Colby Cochran of Imperial; great- grandma Matilda Yarbrough of Odessa, Texas; great-grandpa Dale Meyers of Wauneta; great-grandma Penny Lannigan of Lincoln; great-grandparents Merle and Christine Poppe of Grant; great-grandparents Fred and Louise Kenton of Pawnee City; and great-great-grandpa Walt Yarbrough of Plainview, Texas.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, 11 a.m. (MT) at the Imperial Berean Church, Imperial, with Pastor Matt Maxwell officiating.
A memorial, in Brenton’s memory, has been suggested to the Wright Family for a future designation.
