Berdeen V. Kunnemann

Berdeen V. Kunnemann, 93, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, at Parkview Hospital - Randallia, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Born in Enders, Nebraska, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Bertha (Haarberg) Guhn. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, New Haven, and the woman’s mission circle. She retired from Kwikie Mini Markets after nine years in 1970 and from Fort Wayne Urology in 1989 after 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Ritchie Kunnemann of New Haven, Indiana, Steve (Karen) Kunnemann of Broomfield, Colorado, and Patricia (Denny) Smith of New Haven, Indiana; siblings, Dewayne Guhn of Columbus, New Jersey, and Kathleen (Richard) Obermiller of Loup City; sister-in-law, Joan Guhn of Fort Wayne, Indiana; eight grandchildren, and five great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Raymond, in 2007; children, Lonney Kunnemann and Debra Davis; brother, Darrold Guhn; and sister, Shione Hastreiter.
Funeral service was Oct. 29, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 800 Green St., New Haven, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021 at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in the church cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the church.
