Norm and Vanessa Fanning of Wauneta, Nebraska welcomed a boy, Thomas DeWayne Fanning, born June 3, 2023 at Great Plains Hospital in North Platte.
He weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Welcoming him home are siblings Harvey, Eliza and Paul.
Grandparents are Patti and the late DeWayne Fanning of Wauneta, Jackie Jenner of Sutherland and Kent Arnold of North Platte.
