Outstanding Citizen awards presented
The first-ever Imperial Outstanding Citizen awards were formally presented during the city’s annual appreciation banquet held Saturday night at Broadway Steakhouse.

While three members of the Imperial Lions Club thought they were attending a regular monthly meeting March 28, the evening also included a big honor for them.
