Cattle are uncommon in the Chase County Schools parking lot, unless you get two for your birthday. CCS sophomore Remington Yaw was surprised last week for her birthday with two calves.

Student food drive collects over 1,000 items
American Education Week was observed at Chase County Schools last week. One of the activities was a pantry food drive during which 1,427 items were collected.
