Veterans Day Celebrations in Imperial

CCS to host Veterans Day Program Nov. 11

    The Chase County Schools will be hosting a Veterans Day Program in the Gym on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m. The school will host a Veterans breakfast, available to all Veterans, in the commons area at 8:30.
    The public and all Veterans are encouraged to attend.

VFW to host annual Veterans Dinner

 Sunday, Nov 9, the VFW Post 4688 and the Auxiliary will host the annual Veterans Supper at the VFW Hall, 416 Broadway, in Imperial Ne. Guest speakers will be the winners of the Patriot’s Pen and the Voice of Democracy Essay Winners.
    The meal starts at 6:00 p.m. Turkey, Ham, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Rolls and Beverage will be provided. Those attending are asked to bring a Side Dish, Salad or Dessert.
