Turner, Shenandoah pull ‘em in

The big number of tickets sold early, leading up to the Josh Turner/Shenandoah concert at the Chase County Fair Saturday night, helped it to be one of the largest shows in recent years. The nearly 3,000 who attended was the second best since the fair board replaced the ground level seats with standing-room only. Saturday’s show neared the numbers for Old Dominion in 2017, which sold 3,050 tickets. Dancing to some of Turner’s music, at bottom, were Kelan Sis of Elsie and Aleia Anthony of Eagan, Minnesota.
