Snowy harvest

Chase County saw its second snow of the season last week, accumulating 2.5 inches.  Top, Naroli Moreno, left, and her brother Gideon built a snowman, complete with a real carrot nose. Middle, Frenchman Valley Co-Op workers placed ventilation tubes in the snow-covered corn to help control the moisture.
