S.C.O.R.E. camp final registration coming Monday; all camps filled

“Star Spangled Science” is the theme chosen for this year’s S.C.O.R.E. camp, said Charlesa Kline, camp co-coordinator.
S.C.O.R.E. stands for Science Camps Offer Rewarding Experiences.
Kline, co-coordinator Kim Spady and the science camp team have been meeting to brainstorm over curriculum, session activities and project planning to make sure the camp runs smoothly, said Kline.
The dates for the science camp are June 10-14.
They are at full capacity with 330 students signed up, so new registrations are now closed, Kline said.
“It is important to note that final registration is Monday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the commons area at Chase County Schools (CCS). All student participants will receive a T-shirt, water bottle, cooler and the schedule for the week,” she said.
