Ride the Polar Express Dec. 19

    People from Imperial and the surrounding area will have a chance to catch a ride on the Christmas Polar Express Friday, Dec. 19.
    Throw on your pajamas and hop on the bus for a scenic ride around Imperial, checking  out the Christmas lights.
    After the ride, meet with Santa and enjoy hot cocoa and cookies at the Zion Lutheran Church.
    The Polar Express will have four departure times: 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30. Tickets are limited and are available at Prairie States Communications. You can also contact Josie at (720)-496-7685 or Jan at (308)-882-0236.
    Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Plates of cookies will also be available for purchase. The Express boards at the Zion Lutheran Church, 1305 Broadway in Imperial. Be sure and mark your calendars.
