No dollar amounts available for hospital expansion yet

At the regular Chase County Community Hospital (CCCH) board meeting last week, Adolfson & Peterson Construction of Aurora, Colorado and Davis Partnership Architects of Denver (AP/Davis) presented the board members with updated designs for the new hospital expansion.
Last fall was the last time the board was presented with information and possible designs for building onto the existing clinic rather than an entire new building.
The board and commissioners had decided against a new building because the estimated cost was too much to ask of taxpayers.
Katherine DiPietro of Davis Partnerships Architects said the presentation was meant to show what the design currently looks like and talk about next steps, which include how to work on getting the bond approved for voters.
