IVFD sponsoring training program Feb. 2

    The Imperial Volunteer Fire Dept. is hosting the National Traffic Incident Management (TIF) Responder Training Program, with training support provided by the Imperial Police Department and surrounding agency instuctors.
    This is a nationally endorsed course that is designed to improve responder safety, scene efficiency, and interagency coordination.
    This course is ideal for; Law Enforcement; Fire and Rescue; EMS; Dispatch; Public Works; Towing and Recovery; Emergency Management.
    The course will be held Monday, Feb. 2, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. MT., at the Imperial Fire Hall, 315 Broadway, Imperial Nebraska. The course is free to attend.
    Pre-registration is required. Contact Sgt. Christopher Bustillos, Imperial Police Dept., Christopherb@imperialne.gov.
    The target audience for this course is all TIM disciplines, including; Communications, Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services, Fire/Rescue, and Transportation/Public Works.
    The training is endorsed by the following national associations: (AASHTO), (APWA), (CWFA), (SACOP), (ITE), (ITS), (IACP), (IADLEST), (IACF), IAFF), (IMSA), (NASEMSO), (NEMSMA), (NSA), (NVFC), (TRAA), and (TRB).
