The 8th annual Chamber Chili Cook-off is just around the corner.
March 14 is scheduled for this fun, friendly and flavorful competition for local chili chefs.
Jack Schnieder oversees the planning for the cook-off each year, and expects a good turnout this year.
“We usually have about 10 to 12 entries each year,” Schnieder said.
Five judges will be on hand at the Imperial City Gym to evaluate local chili chefs’ culinary efforts.
