Giving Circle is raising funds with bedspread, pillow raffle

While at the Longhorn basketball games today (Thursday), be sure to purchase a raffle ticket.
The Giving Circle will be selling tickets to win a hand-made, crocheted bedspread.
The bedspread was made by Giving Circle member Mary Wilson’s mother, Cathy Weber.
“I started it probably a couple years ago,” Weber said. “I had the idea and just wanted to do it.”
Weber said the bedspread is a little too heavy for her, but she hopes someone wins it that will appreciate it.
Weber is donating the bedspread, along with two matching pillows. Proceeds from the raffle will go to the Giving Circle.
