GFWC postcard winners announced

The GFWC Nebraska Federation of Women’s Club’s announce their “Beautiful Nebraska” Postcard Art Winners for 2026 at the recent GFWC NFWC District IV Fine Arts Day in Seward on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Seward Civic Center-616 Bradford Street.
The winners were introduced, recognized and honored and celebrated with a pizza lunch with their families and friends. Each winner was recognized for their artwork promoting some aspect of the Nebraska State Song, “Beautiful Nebraska”.
The winners were judged by class level and an overall champion was also selected from the five First Place Award winners in grades kindergarten through grade four.
They each received a ribbon, signed certificate and a medal. The Grand Prize winner also received a trophy. The judge was Katie Good, a UNL Art Education Major from Elkhorn.
